Dom De Bellis
VOLUNTEERING IN A NEW CITY
When Dom, a disabled veteran on Social Security, moved to Niles late in 2015, Ferry Street helped him get Medicare for health care and a Michigan Link Card for food assistance so he could get some help with his groceries. Soon, he began paying it forward, volunteering with Ferry Street and redesigning their website.
